Send APIFleet events to your application for downstream workflows.

## Where it fits

Event delivery
Webhook delivery is separate from synchronous assistant tool calls. Do not assume delivery order or that a repeated notification should repeat a business action.

## Configure the connection

Register the webhook endpoint and event selection using the workspace API. Keep the receiver fast and validate incoming requests according to the API reference.
Use the [workspace API reference](https://apifleet.dev/docs/api) for resource schemas and the [configuration guide](https://apifleet.dev/docs) for carrier and event setup.
Keep provider secrets in [workspace credentials](https://apifleet.dev/app/credentials). The public MCP provider matrix describes capabilities; it does not connect your provider account.

## Test this boundary first

Use a controlled call to check event delivery. Deduplicate by event identity and test replay handling before using events for customer-facing actions.
Save a known working configuration and move one test route first. Inspect the call log before increasing traffic. [Follow the staged migration guide.](https://apifleet.dev/blog/migrate-voice-agents)

## Understand the bill

APIFleet adds $0.03 per connected AI minute, billed per second. Provider and carrier usage are additional. With your own keys, provider charges go directly to the provider. No monthly subscription or free call credits; prepaid top-ups start at $10.
