Connect Twilio media streams and call routing to APIFleet assistants.

## Where it fits

Telephone carrier
This is the APIFleet Twilio carrier adapter, not Twilio ConversationRelay. Twilio bills carrier usage independently; phone-number rental may be additional.

## Configure the connection

Add your Twilio carrier credential, configure the number’s voice routing using the APIFleet setup guide, and bind a test number to the intended assistant.
Use the [workspace API reference](https://apifleet.dev/docs/api) for resource schemas and the [configuration guide](https://apifleet.dev/docs) for carrier and event setup.
Keep provider secrets in [workspace credentials](https://apifleet.dev/app/credentials). The public MCP provider matrix describes capabilities; it does not connect your provider account.

## Test this boundary first

Verify inbound and outbound calls, bidirectional audio and hangup events. Test transfer behavior for your route before moving customer traffic.
Save a known working configuration and move one test route first. Inspect the call log before increasing traffic. [Follow the staged migration guide.](https://apifleet.dev/blog/migrate-voice-agents)

## Understand the bill

APIFleet adds $0.03 per connected AI minute, billed per second. Provider and carrier usage are additional. With your own keys, provider charges go directly to the provider. No monthly subscription or free call credits; prepaid top-ups start at $10.
